  2. Legalize your documents:

    • Intermediate: IBCC → MoFA → Austrian Embassy

    • Bachelor/Master’s: HEC → MoFA → Austrian Embassy

  3. Apply directly to the university

  4. Receive your admission letter (Zulassungsbescheid)

  5. Apply for your residence permit (student visa) at the Austrian Embassy in Islamabad
